Midar cork and wheat straw ballpoint pen. Eco friendly ballpoint pen with click action mechanism, with a barrel made of cork, and wheat straw trims that comes in a variety of colours.

Wheat straw is left over stalk after wheat grains are harvested. This reduces the amount of plastic used, providing an Eco friendly alternative. The colour of the cork material may vary.

Further Information

Using the lignin from the straw stalks left behind from wheat production wheat straw plastic is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic used hear on the clip and rigid elements of the pen. The barrel is made from natural cork which is fully biodegradable.

This pen has the distinct advantage of looking different and looking eco. Some eco pens could be mistaken for a normal plastic pen but the cork gives the assurance to the marketer that this is something special.
