The cap incorporates Cyclo® recycled fibres where they use pre-sorted waste that determines the colour of the yarn. These fibres do not only reduce the demand for virgin resources but also exhibit a commitment to a circular life, embodying the essence of reducing waste and promoting a closed-loop system. Each cap also comes with an Aware™ tracer.

Cotton is a crop which produces a fibre that will naturally biodegrade. It is therefore an eco friendly promotional item whether as a cap or T shirt.

Cotton however will receive a bad press because it is consumes large quantities of water in its production and is often treated with pesticides for high crop yield. Certified organic cotton has all the advantages of other cotton products is grown under conditions which are sustainable and free from harmful pesticides.

The smooth texture of cotton means that it can be branded either by printing or via embroidery.

We show here one of the panel structures for a cotton baseball cap but there are others – we do recommend embroidery for decoration because this will give better appearance to the brand for much longer.
